- Before Shipment: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order is processed for shipping, cancellations will not be accepted.
- After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may be eligible for a return after receiving the item (refer to our return policy).

- Used or worn products that are not in their original condition.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item received is damaged or incorrect.
